Ok..so I've decided to start a blog. Obviously because I'm a real estate agent, it's a real estate blog BUT....it's also a place for some FUN.

Everyone is asking about the market...if you listen to the news media, it's all doom & gloom...believe me, it's not as bad as they want you to believe. Yes, prices have come down a bit in our area, yes, homes are taking longer to sell, but buyers are buying, and sellers are selling and we're keeping very busy. I feel that it's not a 'bubble burst' but more of a market correction. Buyers...it's a great time to buy, you have alot of choices, rates are great and sellers are motivated to sell. Sellers...it's NOT a bad time to sell, you just have to be more realistic about the value of your property...price is a driving force in all markets, but especially in an adjusting market like we are currently in.

So..there you have my opinion.
